Why Do I See "Cannot Be Sent" To Xero?
Seeing the status of "Cannot be sent" on document details page?
If you are seeing the status of "Cannot Be Sent" from the document detail or specific document, it does not mean there is any technical error to send to Xero. This means there are some fields that you may need to edit the details to send the documents to Xero successfully.


1. Click on specific document to Edit details
2. See the document details if there are any Red box.
3. If there are any, please check the data and edit them.
4. When all the information are edited correctly, status will be changed to "Can be sent"
