Why Are My Files Not Sending Or Uploading?

 

Please ensure your files meet the following requirements:

  • File Size: Maximum 25MB when submitting via email, or up to 5MB when using direct upload through the portal. Larger files may be rejected or fail to upload successfully.
  • Format: We currently support PDF, JPEG, and PNG file types. To avoid processing delays, please convert documents exported from other applications into one of these supported formats before submission.
  • Clarity and Legibility: All pages should be clearly readable, with text in focus and not cut off at the edges. Avoid low-resolution scans, heavily compressed images, or photos taken at extreme angles, as these can affect our ability to process your documents.
  • Content Requirements: Files should contain business or project–related documents only (for example: contracts, invoices, reports, architecture diagrams, or system screenshots with visible details). Files recognized purely as non-document images (e.g., random pictures, decorative graphics, or unrelated photographs) may be automatically skipped by the system and will not be reviewed.

If you are unsure whether your file meets these requirements, we recommend exporting your document to PDF and verifying that all content is clearly visible before uploading.
