  • Data Retention:
    Singapore & Malaysia: There is 7 years limit on storing documents within ASSIST. Your files remain safely stored and accessible indefinitely as long as your account is active.
  • Other countries: 5 years limit on storing documents within ASSIST. You can request to delete for your confidential matters. Contact support@assist.biz for further assistance.
